Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is made especially for you once an order is placed. We produce on demand instead of in bulk, which helps reduce overproduction and waste. Thank you for supporting thoughtful purchasing.

Why does my order take a little longer to ship?

Because your item is made just for you. Production takes time, but it allows us to focus on quality, intention, and sustainability rather than mass production.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long does processing take?

Processing (production) typically takes 2–5 business days. This is the time it takes to print and prepare your order before it ships.

Processing time is not a shipping estimate.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–8 business days

During peak seasons and holidays, orders may take an additional 1–3 business days to process.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability and timelines vary. Any applicable duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal carriers, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate or resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, production may already be underway and we may not be able to make changes.

Product Details

Will the shirt look exactly like the mockup?

Mockups are for display purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur due to printing and screen settings.

How do I know what shirt blank is used?

Each product description lists the specific shirt type and fit details. We carefully choose fabrics that best pair with each design.

Address & Delivery Issues

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional re-shipping fees.

The best way to reach us is through shop messages.

  • Messages are answered within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday

  • Weekend and holiday messages may take a bit longer
